Dear CCPS Families,

Lunch Bunch continues to be a huge success.  Thank you for giving us the opportunity to care for your children after school.  It is a delight to see new children joining us!  Please make sure to sign your child up because we have been filling up (18 children maximum).  This month we will be celebrating Valentine’s Day on Tuesday, February 9.  IF your child would like to share a Valentine’s Day card or treat, please have them bring it in to Lunch Bunch that day.  We will have a special Valentine’s Day treat that day.

• Make sure to sign your child up for Lunch Bunch.  Even though you can sign up the morning that you wish for your child to attend, please try to sign him/her up ahead of time so that we can plan activities accordingly.  Don’t forget, space is limited!
• Send in a snack that does not have to be heated (we are unable to heat up food that children bring in).
• Make sure not to send in anything that contains/may contain any type of nut since we are a peanut free school.
• Make sure to pick up your child promptly at 2:00 (there will be a $1.00 per minute charge if you are late; Mrs. Elizabeth, Mrs. Jane, and Mrs. Angie have to leave promptly to pick up their kids from school.
• Make sure to take your child off the Lunch Bunch list at least 24 hours in advance in order to avoid being charged for the day (the only exception is if your child is sick).
