Hello Giraffe Families,

We are headed into a fun filled fall. The month of September is brought to you by the letters A, B, and C and the numbers 1, 2, 3! The themes this month are Welcome to School, All about Me,  farm animals and apples.

Dates to Remember:

• Friday August 20th - early drop off 8:30 cost is $10 per month
• Monday September 6th - Labor Day – School closed
• Tuesday September 7th - Lunch Bunch Starts $8 per day 12-2 (sign up by the office)
• Friday September 10th - Water Day: Please have your child bring a set of dry clothes and a towel in a bag (please label). We will start the day with outside water play. We will then help the children get dressed and continue the rest of the day inside the classroom. Please don’t forget to apply extra sunscreen on this day.

Share Schedule: 

• August 27th - find a picture of something that begins with the letter “A”. Have your mom or Dad help you write a capital “A” next to your picture.
• September 3 - Have your Mom or Dad help you draw the numbers 1, 2, 3, onto a piece of paper. Look through a magazine and cut out one object to glue under your number “1”. Glue two things under the number “2” and glue three things under the number “3”
• September 10 - NO SHARING WATER DAY
• September 17 - Find pictures of something that starts with the letter “B”. Glue these pictures onto a piece of paper.
• September 24 - draw a large letter “C” onto a piece of paper. Now use some glue to cover your letter with noodles, rice or whatever you think is cool! Bring in your creation to share.
